Greetings Gang, Gerry/Sylvia Anderson featured use
of the Tron in their second season of "Space 1999"
(first aired in USA 1976) .
The dated TV programme "UFO" also had sprinklings
of Tron in the series.

FYI ........ Jerry Korb

All that Thunderbirds talk got me thinking about the kinship between
Mellotrons/Chamberlins and Gerry Anderson's electromechanical
brainchild, SuperMarionation! The coupling of the soundtrack with
solenoids in the puppets heads to move the lips, sheer genius - akin to
the tape action of the Melly's and Chamby's (including the
solenoid-fired remote M-1R Chemaberlins)! I'd love to see the inside of
one of those!

Vance......(Thunderbirds are GO!)
