Just skimming through...

People still believe all kinds of things about this instrument.  That's 
kinda fun, actually.  Preserve the mystery forever!!!

Amused to see that quote is actually from my brother! I sort of see what
he's saying, though it's not exactly accurate... He should know all about
the things, given that he lodges with me (and my Mellotron) and uses it on
his own band's recordings.

Give it time, Ken...  :-)   It would appear I am said 'obsessive' -
difficult to argue with, really! Unlike at least one person of my
acquaintance, however, I don't consider Mellotronic content to be a
prerequisite for good music...
