Moodies--addendum

Moodies--addendum

2003-12-04 by mellotrongirl

One of the decent things about the Moodies is that through their -
maginificent seven/Pinder- era, was that the songwriting was shared
equally between the members, therefore, I never really viewed the
band as having a true and dominant "leader".

I have heard that Mike Pinder was the unofficial leader of the Moody
Blues. He would give fix the speed and rhythm with his tambourine.
The Moodies seem to have lost more than Mike, his Mellotrons, and his
voice when he left.

Yes. They lost his tambourine.
