Re: USA Patriot Act

As a complete change of topic. I've just spent the last few days remixing a
track the band and I recorded way back in 1974. I've added Ian MacDonald flute
and 3 violins, plus Moog Voyager. A very pleasant experience on a track called
"Waters of Babylon" which as the name implies is based on one the Psalms, and
simply oozes peace and tranquillity, which at the end of the day is what I
want from my life.
Highly appropriate then that the last two topics raised here, have been the
aforementioned USA Patriot Act, which, by the way means bugger all to us this
side of the pond, and Martin's Sad strings, which by the sound of it would be
the perfect soundtrack to the list over the last couple of weeks.

Thought you might be amused at my seeing your '74 album for fifty quid in an
overpriced London 2nd-hand shop (no slur - everything was outrageously
priced).
