A bit of dioluge from Jaws came to mind when I saw the webpage:

Q: You must be rich...

A: (Quickly)-Yeah!

Q: How much?

A: Oh, you mean individually, or the whole family?

Holy @&^$!

You get the impression the reason that Dave Kean must have put the 'Tron Archives together to keep this person's collection running.... =-O

Can this be Mellotron heaven? The place to where all abused and misused machines all end up. There's just so many this must be the case. Did I see a reincarnated Wakeman tron still with it's tell tale scorched cabinet? This is where I want to go when I pop my clogs!

Richard,

I think you will find that John and Martin at Streetly supplied / restored most of the machines in Ryo's Mellotron room. On more than one occasion when I have visited them the phrase " ...and here's another one for Ryo..." seems to crop up ...

All the best,
Norm

While visiting Streetly a few weeks back, I noticed a photo on the wall of
Ryo, MS and JB flanked by various MkII's with the caption "Customer of the
Year". Make that "Customer of the Century"...and, of course, there was a 400 in a
road case with Ryo's name attached to it on the premises. My recent contacts
with Ryo prior to my acquisition of MkII #134 prove him out as one humble and
honorable individual.
