optigan cdroms?

optigan cdroms?

2003-07-26 by Michael Peters

just got my M-Tron software plus the first of the two additional sound CDs
... wow! how cool, especially the wacky rhythms that I've never heard before
... now I wonder if there is a similar ready-to-use sound library with all
the Optigan sounds. Does anyone know?

Mellotron.com has the one that Kean did with Pea
Hicks..it's really good if you like opti noises and
don't mind not working on one every five minutes.

Reverb for Mellotrons

2003-07-26 by David Jacques

For all who are interested, Guitar Center is blowing out the Mackie DFX
series of audio mixers right now. Its the bottom line mixer that Mackie
introduced a couple of years ago with the internal effects. I just
purchased a twelve channel model for $210, mainly for the reverb effects
for my Mellotron (at the same time having a good mixer for my home
studio).

It sounds GREAT!!!! Big difference from the dry sound. Now Court of the
Crimson King sounds like COTCK! The 6 channel mixer goes for about $180.
