I must with great shame and loss of face admit thatthe EBAY 12k once
did belong to me. I lost it back stage at the Long Island five Points
club during a game of spin the Finlandia whilst working for Jorma
Kaukonnen and Bobby and the Midnites in the late 70's just before the
mob tool the place over.

In a sad case of nepotism , my cousin: Melvin "Scrappy" Zedong Wong had
been taken on as the Mellotron tech. His machines are distinctive by
the yellowish service port in the lower rear of the units under his
care.

My partner at the time Michel Frogman Polizzi liked old Mel and would
often invite him to our after hours fiddlesticks tourneys...

On the night in question, I had been summoned by Jorma to read him an
IRS letter and twist off a cap for him..

When I returned Scrappy was playing Heart and Soul in the freshly
repainted (or something) yellow and brown Tron. Alfonso Johnson was
sleeping in the Protecto Muff cradling a Chapman stick. and the rest of
the band and crew were lying about with various coloured Afghans.

I was dismissed shortly thereafter for allowing the guys to consort
with the wrong type of puppies.

Price aside, I just love the idea that he expects the buyer to TUNE the
bugger!
Was I dreaming, or was there a 'buy it now' tag of $12k!??

Amazing!!

CfN!!

400 on eBay

I think this is just someone's idea of a joke. No photo after three or four
days and email bounces back. Probably just a hoax. Turns out that maybe the
"seller" isn't such a dope. Just a con.

Yes - I e-mailed this guy the other day just to ask who his crack dealer
was. He obviously owes him big.

Greetings All,  After seeing all the emails re: the Novatron in
Germany and the M400 in Florida, I had to contribute my tuppence
worth.

The Novatron looks REAL nice ! SMS2 motor-control within and
smaller power-pack (same as MK-V) . Preamp prob. the PML type.
2000 Euros for starting price is VERY reasonable . Will most likely
sell for  3500 Euros, +/-   .

Which brings me to the M400 on eBay in Florida.
The machine is ALL white, incl knobs/keys/feet. And photographed
on white-sand beach.  Or in a cloud of fog/mist , the  "Triangle ? "
Which is  why you  can't  see it in the photo.
........Or covered in suspicious white-powder...........
....Which maybe explains the $8-12K cost.

All I'm gonna say on this one.......Cheers,lads. -- Jerry the K. --

Was it you, Jerry? Are you the "moron" which we seek? The "prankster";? The
"Joker of love"?

Did you yank us, one and all?
