Hi, Jon.

As given in Mike's account in The Mellotron Book (what? you mean you don't 
have a copy?! - read: SHAMELESS PLUG), Mike either sold or gave away (yes, 
that's what he said) his remaining MkII's (if I had only know).  His favorite 
was the MkV, of which he owned two (one destroyed in the Indigo Ranch fire).  
He then sampled those before doing getting rid of them.  

Seventh Sojourn, according to Mike (not Ray's liner notes) was split between 
MkII and Chamberlin M1, although Mike's memory did not allow him to be more 
specific (he did note that who knew that people would be interested in such 
things 30 years later; his concern at the time was very in-the-moment, e.g., 
what was best for the album they were currently working on).

BTW, to me, TOCCC (which includes use of the 300 as well as a MkII) is the 
ultimate Mellotron album.  Mike is indeed the Mellotron Master.
