Mellotronists

Good morning folks:

I was just curious if anyone went out and bought the new Gabriel album (I'm
digging it, sounds a cross between Gabriel III and Security with electronic
noise supplementing for the Fairlight)? I noticed that about 5 of the
songs mention the use of a Mellotron (of course, being a Mellotron freak, I
skipped right to those songs), and for the life of me, I can't hear anything
that resembles a Mellotron. The one song (that doesn't mention a Mellotron
in the notes- "Growing Up") sounds like tron Cello.

Anybody out there with more acute hearing that can pick these things out.

To John and Martin:

Did Gabriel purchase a Tron lately or has he always been a closet owner?
