I have a friend in NZ who does fashion design realization. She takes
designs, makes them into several version: runway, photography, final
copy and a production copy to be broken down for manufacture.

If I can get the specs and proper materials, she will make some
prototypes up for the PA Tong and then whatever is ethical and proper
from there.

Any info out there ?
