Pause it at 2:35 for a peek at LF.  Some of the highlights on the
Synergy recordings are quite amazing.  Wouldn't it be nice if he could
recreate some of that material with up-to-date sequencers and
recording gear.

Synergy has several signature Moog sounds.  (Hard to recreate with
today's synths).

Greetings Clay and gang,   I've been a Synergy fan since the release
of first LP   " Realizations For Rock Orchestra."  Featuring his M400
#725 ,used only on that  LP.    In his own words , Larry never used it
again following "....a dubious restoration attempt in the 70's....."
....Now, WHO could he be referring to ?

Larry recent CD,  "Reconstructed Artifacts" was completed before
I had the chance to return his refurbished M400 to NJ  (2004). See photo.
Nice touch is LF's added Tron samples (better than NO Tron),
to several tunes which didn't feature the M400 when first released.

Cover/liner artwork features more electrical antiquities dear to me.
Old Edison meters, street-lights,wireless apparatus, etc.
Fitting, as LF is also a member of Edison Historic Site, and on the
staff of  the Morris County Historic Commission.

See more photos of Larry, his wife Phyllis, and "zappaboggs" /crew
during MONEYPIT Summer-2005, on Ken Leonard's Website.

Greetings Jerry and gang:
The track Legacy has several signature LF sounds. I'm trying to get
that 'pan pipe with glide' sound. The Moog LP can't do it. Maybe I
need an Oberheim Expander.

Larry's website home page has a good story about this summer's PG tour.
He's not on tour with them, but they wanted his sounds. It seems that
they can't find any modern synth gear that can do it. Not surprising
tho. LF's methods were always unique.

The guy sure knows how to pick out band mates!
I thought due to the mass of Oberheim devices that Larry was there, but I know him by face not the back of the head.
I get it now, too bad Gabriel wasn't a bit more animated huh?
