1978 concert opening with Larry Fast-On Presuming to be Modern intro
to On The Air.
This was burned into my memory cells 29 years back. They came down
through the Toronto audience of 16,000 with portable search lights and
battery packs.

That was that long ago now. He did that in Phila. First he sang me
and my teddy bear, put on a safety vest and signaled out into the
audience, The band walked up the aisles signalling back with theirs..

That wasn't the tour with asshole sax player was it ? He was a stupid
distraction.

Gino

Timmy Capello (sax) is in this clip playing keyboards. A good sax
player but a bad dancer. He probably suited Tina Turner's live shows
better.

I musta missed Larry Fast as I have been a fan of his since Synergy.
There is certainly (in my opinion) sweet sequencing going on, but I don't see Larry playing.
The beloved sax player mentioned isn't him, so maybe he setup the synths?

Tony,

There are two keyboard players. Mr. Wigglebum is on the right and up
front (must have taken dancing lessons from the wanker who played
keyboards and trombone with Tower of Power in the early '90s. Larry
Fast (more discreet and a far better is in the back to the drummer's
left, I believe. Gabriel should have known better, but then Mssr. T.
Levin is wiggling his bum, too.

Pause it at 2:35 for a peek at LF. Some of the highlights on the
Synergy recordings are quite amazing. Wouldn't it be nice if he could
recreate some of that material with up-to-date sequencers and
recording gear.

Synergy has several signature Moog sounds. (Hard to recreate with
today's synths).
