For those who want 'em Britishtoolsonline on e-Bay sells British
Association 'spanners' (wrenches). The location is Lyons, New York.

For those interested, I followed up on this and also found better quality 2BA and 4BA combination (open & closed end) wrenches by King Dick (I'm not making this up!) on the same site for $19.99 and $22.95 respectively.
