Mellotronists

I am curious to know if there are any copyright violations regarding this new keyboard that
will be sold in USA come January ? I think it is a fantastic machine and hope it sounds good.

any comments ?

as long as they don't call it a Mellotron there shouldn't be a
problem. Dave Kean owns the name. It looks different enough from a 400
to be safe. If they had a problem then every synth that has tron
sounds should be in trouble too....
