places.  I think I see stuff from Andy, maybe Frank's book, and maybe 
even Jerry K. (Pinder site).

The author of the post is asking for permission from me after the fact.

doesn't have a suitable attribution, I have his e-mail address and 
will send him your contact information if you would like me to.

This is about as bad as my arm being sold on EBay last month...
