<< Is most of RMI's music similar to this? >> "sfn"'s a personal favourite of mine; steve used to do all the editing (we record straight to two-track most of the time) but sometimes he'd throw me a few scraps and say "have a practice on that". "sfn" was made from a session that was supposed to complete the suite but instead we rang gary up and asked him to join the band again. so I made this "short" piece and made a little video for it. so- it's contemporaneous, for what it's worth, with most of the rest of "frozen north" and comes after "god of electricity" and before "gulf" and "republic". d./400nr1098, similar to 1097 and 1099, wherever they are.
