It would be very much in Richard Barbieris spirit to have sampled the tron
himself. He is an admitted analog synth man, although in recent years his live
gear has shifted away from the Prophet 5 to a laptop based Pro-53 (to which he
contributed the factory presets), as well as to the Ensoniq VFX, Roland D50
and other very digital synths.
