RE: [Mellotronists] Best tron samples...Bar none..Pinder CD??

2005-11-29 by David Jacques

I agree that the Pinder CD is far superior to anything out there. I own one myself and I have yet to hear any third party samples that come close.
It is obvious that great care has been given to recording this CD. I am particularly impressed with the quality of the strings and flutes. I love the Chamberlin flutes, a real nice addition to the soundset. It also includes the rhythm tapes from the Mark II.
Like I have said before, for anyone looking for a COMPLETE set of Mark II and Chamberlin sounds, this is it!

Deffinetly go with the Pinder CD. Has all the old
M400 sounds. The M300. Chorus, Flutes, horns,
Chamberlin, you name it. It is readable by the Akia
format.
