It is understood that the 'Strawberry Fields' machine was hired in for
the session, so no one knows where it is. OTOH, McCartney does own the
Abbey Road Mk II which he bought for 10,000UKPfrom Mike Oldfield who in
turn bought it when the studio was being sold off some years ago.

FWIW, *dozens* of people claim to own the 'Strawberry Fields' Mellotron.
