Close to the Edge is a great record.
+ Love it.
Tales...sounds like Mr.Howe and Mr.Anderson smoked too much hash and
Mr.Wakeman sounds like he's more interested in beer. Tales, for me, was
the beginning of those awful caliope type sounds that Mr. Wakeman became
so fond of.
+ It was pretty intense in concert, and the
only early YEs album that I don.t have on tape. I need to sit down and
listen to the whole thing again.
But if you want a really, really awful Yes album, look no further than
"Tormato". What the hell were they thinking?
+ Arrgh, YEs.
