I love the Orchestron...It´s a close second to the
Mellotron in my studio. There is something truly magical about those choirs and
strings...The french horn on the other sounds a bit like it´s played
inside a submarine by someone with a terrible cold miked from the
surface...I have used it though...!
On my Optigan the autokomp buttons have died...sort
of. They all play at once creating kind of a Tom Waits
vibe...
I have to fix them some day...Now I just I play the
discs in the Orchestron...
Are the Birotron sounds different recordings than
the Mellotron sounds ? Would it be possible to transfer them to tape...or maybe
even optical discs ?
