Hello,

I would say you have bad filter capacitor in the power supply.  Or maybe a
bad rectifier diode, but that would be more of a buzzy sound.....

You didn't say what your machine is but still I would check the power supply

I hada worrying experience today...Turned on my tron and after 3-4 minutes I
started to get a loud bass hum and then something that resembled
Ringmodulation/distortion....

I am getting a bit worried about the Electricity in my Studio...
