Ah, Mr. Mike - saw him quite a bit in the late 70's & early 80's. I knew him in the late 70's, early 80's. When I met him he was playing a Chamberlin setup he had modified himself to change sounds with bicycle gears, etc., plus an Oberheim 4-voice and a Moog Polymoog. He was playing shows at the Tomorrowland Terrace in Walt Disney World in Florida. I eventually ended up buying his Polymoog from him when he got hold of one of the first SCI Prophet 5's. Last I heard, he was living in Aspen, CO, and doing shows on the convention circuit, for corporate customers. I did find this article on him, from 1995, in the Aspen Times: http://members.tripod.com/~savehorizons/aspenice.htm His website is here: http://www.michaeliceberg.com/indexhome.html If you look at the images section, there's a picture of him from his "Do It Live" album that shows the Polymoog on top of his Chamberlin. That was right before he sold it to me. In the links section, there's a DisneyNut link that appears to have some video clips of him performing. Here's his address / phone number: Michael Iceberg Snowmass Village, CO 81615 (970)923-4115 Here's other links to Michael articles and references: http://www.michaeliceberg.com/ http://members.tripod.com/~savehorizons/iceberg.htm http://www.kua.net/~rahrens/ http://www.disneynut.com http://michaeliceberg.com/links.html http://www.disneynut.com/iceberg http://users.kua.net/~rahrens/iceberg.htm http://www.islandnet.com/~kpolsson/disnehis.htm http://www.mysmartsearch.com/hm.htm http://users.kua.net/~rahrens/ http://www.kua.com/~rahrens/ http://www.spiaggia61.it/ http://www.welcome.to/forgotten.disney/ http://acme.highpoint.edu/~mingram/iceberg.html http://csf.colorado.edu/mail/pen-l/jun98/0116.html http://www.michaeliceberg.com/toc.htm http://www.disneynut.com/iceberg/index.htm http://fullcoverage.yahoo.com/Full_Coverage/Science/Environment_and_Nature_News/ http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Theme_Parks/Disney/Walt_Disney_World/Discontinued _Attractions/ http://www.firstview.com/WRTWfall96/home.html http://users2.ev1.net/~ldgrant/ ________________________________________________ Mark Glinsky - Arlington, Texas Email: mglnsky@...
