I think it's the Streetlys putting us all on. That's JB with a bad German accent. Definitely Martinge's in the background playing the two chords on the guitar that he knows. They've got Brian up on a ladder (or tied to the ceiling, more likely) with one camera and it's probably Dickson on the other camera (the one that's slightly out of focus).
