Ok, I also wrote asking for more information.  Got pretty much the same type 
of reply.  This is what happens when you deal with someone who has  the 
combination of the personality of a buffalo fart with a full-scale IQ that is 
less than his chronological age.  In my field, I call them my colleagues 
(present company excepted, of course).
