Yes, Frank is a complete wanker, but he does know the odd thing or two about mellotrons. We're all certain it's a lovely machine and you'll be eternally happy if you buy it. However, if he shows you the Pinder signature on the lid, it's a forgery.
Go visit him and you'll see what I'm talking about. If he asks if you want to see his vacation photos, make an excuse and leave. We all do that when we visit him.
