Awaiting his response. Checked the EQ response in M300/037 . LH (rhythms) seem to boost the bass , whilst the RH (leads) accent the treble. By design, probably. M300 preamps contain germanium transistors, which have been known to be a bit noisy. Same as those in SFX Console. M400's preamp/lineamps WME289/290 's are silicon-based life-forms.
