As I responded to Bernie, I have to disagree.  
 
 
My Response: "I see what you mean regarding what sounds like a slow  Leslie 
effect (on this clip).  Might be a mild phasing effect.  It is  the Church 
Organ.  Mike has shared that he used this sound for  pitch-bending (i.e., Have You 
Heard).  I think that if you listen to this  sound earlier in the song, it 
should clear it up.  It's the same organ  sound used on the bridge of Peak Hour 
from DOFP and the pitch bends on  Thinking Is The Best Way To Travel from 
ISOTLC.  I believe that  the MkII Hammond sound had 3rd harmonic percussion, and 
there definitely is  no percussive click on the Church Organ.  There is an 
example of the MkII  percussive Hammond sound on the fade out on one of the cuts 
on the "Rime"  CD."
 
Anyone can certainly feel free to agree or disagree.
