`The most I would offer is 1000.00.The frame, body, interior, sunroof, engine, damper and brakes all will require major overhaul. Too many missing parts (rear screen, fan shroud, bumpers, etc).Estimate total rebuild would run around 35000.00 and, at minimum, 18 months (for one person). Paint and body work alone would be over 8500.00. No telling about the transmission.A half fast rebuild would be near 26000.00.I have done four of these and this is an average. Regards, Larry

I’d consider it as a frame donor for my wood-chassis ’69.
