Re: Marcos Book & other things

Hi there, My first message to you since I joined the Group and it's a nice way for me to keep in touch with what is going on over there. It only took me about an hour to log on; I kept getting some strange messages to say I hadn't subscribed when I had! If anyone, CMI member or not, feels like sending me something of a technical nature to print in the magazine, please feel free. Sometimes your e-mail conversations provide some good tips, just needs someone to pull them together into a sensible format from which others can benefit. They don't even have to be that long. And on the subject of the messages below, all those of you who are members of CMI please hang your heads in shame as I've been advertising the Gold Portfolio for around three years. It retails here for 13.95, but it's 12 to Club members. Postage, unfortunately, puts the price up quite a bit, although I can send it as 'printed papers' which keeps the cost down a bit. I have Jem's book as well, duly signed (18 (instead of 19.99) plus postage - hard back, so a bit heavier). If anyone is not so fortunate as to get one in an auction, or has difficulties in tracking one, I can help. I don't know of any other dedicated Marcos books besides the ones mentioned here. I'm moving house this weekend so please don't rush to buy just yet as I'll never be able to find anything. Club phone number will be subject to call redirection for some months.
