I hope the item that I posted to file is ok.
Is there enough detail, I often think that most people just require 
pointing. please let me know, good or bad.

Looks good to me!  A picture is worth a thousand words.  For those who
don't have Microsoft Word or something that will download the file, let
me know and I'll see what I can do.  I can either send a hard copy or
email it in text file form.
