Essex V6 Gearbox

Hi folks, Does anyone know what type of gearbox was used with the Essex V6?? Is it a 2000E or Type E or Type 3 or what?? I'm looking to find a speedometer pinion gear with 23 teeth. The current one has 21 teeth and the speedo reads to slow. Any help is appreciated. Don Lattimer #3m5759 Willits, CA
