Hi Jeff
  I just cross referenced the part #'s on the origional lenses.
  I am assuming somebody replaced the tailights after the car left the 
factory...........I also owned a 3 litre Capri when I lived in England
which helped me identify the lenses . I have also read that the rear 
lights are from a Hillman Imp.
