I have removed the offending subscriber as I did with the last nut.
I am considering changing the list to a closed list which would mean that future subscribers would have to talk to me first.
The up-side of this is that I could probably weed out some of the junk-mailers. Some could lie, so I couldnt get them all.
The down-side is that some people would be less likely to subscribe if there was that kind of effort involved. Not to mention it would put more work on me.
Please let me know what everyone thinks. Your opinion counts because this list is for all of you!

Hi Jeff,
My 2 cents... Leave the list open. While it
is VERY annoying to get the junk mail I would hate to see anything done
that would make it harder to join the list as we want as many MARCOS owners
and admirers as possible. And as you pointed out, the NUTS could lie and get
in anyway. So why create a system that makes it harder for everyone when it
isn't "fool proof" and the problem we would be trying to solve is
small.
