The tires on my car do in fact foul the chassis and this is the primary reason to change out rack assy .I have pulled back the boots and do not see any 2 inch spacers if indeed this is where the are located.
If I was to make these spacers would they be about 13/16ths of an inch ID and ride on the rack as it cones out of the pinion housing ?
