>I didn't get a spanner for the shocks and I don't seem to be able to find the right one unless I want to spend nearly $100 for an adjustable / universal one....It would seem for such expensive, adjustable and high quality set of shocks that something as simple as a cheap spanner tool to adjust the ring would be included or a source identified....
