Hi to you too Sir!
And lots of congratulations from me and surely from lots of other owners and admirers of these "wierd" and gorgeous automobiles.

But suddenly I find a situation where I can brag about my own achievment:  I bought a 1969 steel chassis V4 in 1997 and didn't use more than 11 years restoring it.  A full four years quicker than you :-)
