Sending html only is possible although not best practice. It usually arises with webmail using some versions of MSIE on Windows. I believe you can change the settings to avoid this. The text/html rule traps more spam than any other rule by a long way so I'm leaving it in! Having "spam" in the subject isn't a problem but I believe some filters add it to flag up probable spam messages. Richard
