Don, Sorry for the delayed reply but I have been travelling. When the car is jacked up it should have about 5' positive in full droop. Also the 'normal' position of the upper and lower A arms should have a slight downward tilt ( inside to out) when the car is in its normal position on the wheels( no driver) . The original setting was 0' on the springs sold with the car. If your car shows negative camber in the normal settled position then you may have shortened springs. If this is the case let me know your spring length and I will check for you. Ideally you need to also check the bumpsteer which will also give the same tire wear characteristics. If the car has been lowered and the steering rack geometry has not been changed the this could be the culprit. It sounds like you know how to check all these things but if you need some help let me know. To answer your specific question, raising the ride height will reduce negative camber.
