Well, my wiper motor appears to be behind the Tachometer, wayyyyyy back in the dash under the cowl. I'll have to pull the dash just to be able to test it. As far as the switch providing a ground for it, it appears that the ground is already in the harness that connects to the back of the motor. The switch has 4 wires on the back (2 of which have power and 2 don't) and seems to just connect a set of wires (1 with power to 1 without) like a jumper. I figure that this must complete the circuit in the motor and make it work.
