Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

We are using Ableton for live sequencing and we use logic for Vox channel strips.
How do you sync logic with Abletons BPM?

Logic could only be the master in a Rewire connection, so you need to
start Logic first and then start Live as the Rewrite client to Logic.

Oh ok. But its only midi data im after from ableton not audio, just so the vox delay's sync 
up with abletons tempo.
