Apple Loops Question - Batch Converting My Samples ?

2006-11-03 by Man Parrish

Hey Folks !

LOVIN my Logic Pro [moved from Cubase and totally blown away how easy it's all workng ].

I have a quick question about the Apple Loops Utility. I have gigs and gigs of samples that
I've collected over the years. I'd like to be able to drop them in and use them in Logic Pro, like
the way Apple Loops work, etc..

I was trying to convert them in Apple Loops Utility, but couldn't find a "batch" command to
automate the process for the thousands and thousands of samples I have.

Do I have to sit there and convert each sample manually ? Or am I missing a way to automate
it somewhere ? It would take me weeks and weeks if I had to do them manually... If there isn't
a batch command, can someone from the Apple Logic Team bring it at a meeting as a "new
feature request" ?

Thanx in advance for any help or advice !

Lovin My Logic ...
