it seems i've had that happen too. try opening the event list and check the channel number for the notes. there is also a bug if you use Sounddiver at the same time as logic, it can permanently screw up the midi on the logic file - the only answer being to create a new file and copy the sequences over to it.

I have a stange thing happening and I am wondering if anyone can
help. It seems that randomly certain regions in my arrangement
stop sounding. If I click the notes in Matrix or Score they sound
but if I play the sequence the region doesn't play.
No matter which track I drag it to it doesn't play. This seems random
but i bet I am doing something.
Anyone have a possible answer to this annoying problem.
