Tin - Plating

I am sorry , i tried to understand from the messages in the group how to do
tin-plating for the copper of the board after etching but i didn't
understand .
any one help me with the proper way to do tin plating .
and to tell me about the chemical  solutions and chemical materials to buy .

what i should do .

Mega Electronics sells a powder that is mixed with water, for tinning PCBs.

I like re-flow solder much better.

I haven't tried my process with the lead-free solder
yet, but I suspended the board in peanut oil and
heated it.

Then I would lift it out and melt some solder on it.

I'd put it back to attempt to re-flow the solder.

I'd take it out and use a damp rag and smear it over
the board.

Repeat if necessary.

I don't bother with tinning. The remaining resist residue after I've removed 
it with IPA prevents the copper oxidising, I've found. It doesn't affect 
soldering.

I've never heated it, seems to work OK.  No mention of heating on the
bottle either.

What is the name of the bottle for Liquid Tin .
could any one upload photo for board that has been Tinned by this Liquid .

By the way , i remember that my friends constructing Liquid from the
chemicals that exist in the market and they do tin for board very good , but
i don't know the composition for this liquid , could any one try this way ?

Is Their is a way to constructing Liquid from the chemicals that exist in
the market for tin && for connecting vias through double surface board .

it will be very cost for me to add many bottles of Liquid Tin from any
website , adds the time to reach me .

the good idea is to construct these liquids .

i know their are many that construct this liquid for Tin and also way for
Via . any one can help ?
