brass stencil results

First results, test board...

I want to try the "let it float" method next, to see if I get more
accurate edges.

I did try to do TT on both sides, but it turns out I can't see through
the pulsar paper well enough to feel confident in the alignment.
Although I got some nice moire patterns which helped ;-)

Second attempt, using the "float" technique instead of the "wipe"
technique (same url, more data):

Net result: even with all the "worst case scenario" things (poor toner
coverage, partially spent FeCl, long etch times) the results are
better than yesterday (good coverage, fresh FeCl, short etch time).
So, float wins over wipe for brass etching.

Still haven't tried applying paste through them yet. Hopefully
tomorrow.
