Homebrew PCBs

Hi All,

I am now doing some experimenting using Glossy Ink Jet paper for toner 
transfer. I was using the Pulsar product and when I would put it in 
water to release the paper, it would come off in a couple of minutes.

Right now, I have the glossy paper with the PCB still attached after 
soaking for about 20 minutes in warm water.  Can some of you give me 
some guidlines regarding release times?

All inkjet papers are different. Some have a clay coating, some use a
ceramic "microcoat", some have a plastic coat that kind of seals up
after ink is applied.

Often the thick photo paper seems to have a plastic coated back or
something else making it water resistant.

You want the kind with a water soluble coating. IE, probably not the
really high end inkjet photo paper.
