Just spread the flux all over, no need to do it individual pads. The flux will help prevent solder bridges, not create them, copper that is fluxed will more

Hello Joe and Mark, I was able to get the Lexmark E250 drivers to work with the Dell 1720. Other than the Dell packaging, the insides are virtually Lexmark.
