I would expect like teflon ;-).

white, flexible, very slippery surface, overall a very distinct experience.
You can easily tell which is teflon from 10 samples even if you never
have touched any before.

I have never seen or touched a teflon PCB, so the above is assumption,
i have only experience with teflon plate.
But i am very confident that i would be able to tell instantly if i see it.
