Hi all,

in case you are interested, there is a Precise Cut unit on E-Bay 
without the driver electronics.


There is also a sample board they cut.  On the upper large pad, it is 
not completely round.  ditto for the lower pad.

Also, some of the square pads, the trace enters the pad a little too 
deeply.

Although it is not perfect, you can see it makes a very useable 
board.  As many of these will.

It also shows the need for the additional ring traces on pads as 
since that is where you solder, you need to be careful with a small 
isolation.

Maybe I'll do a similar board with my machine to show some of the 
features I like to use.
