I used a circular saw with a diamond tip blade mounted safely under a
plywood board when I had nothing but troubles with a paper cutter. Now I own
a 10 inch table saw for that purpose. A small hobby table saw in a You Tube video of a dremel type is why. Any manufacture is ok. This has to be done safely but that is not hard to figure out how to do just that.
